By accessing or using "Lowrider Hoppers" (hereinafter "the Game", "we", "us", "our", or "Stop4Sanity LLC"), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms, please do not access or use the Game. We may update this policy at any time. We will do our utmost to inform you of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review this policy regularly. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Stop4Sanity LLC collects information as described below. Our primary goals in collecting and using information are to create your account, provide the Game to you, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and create reports for internal use. We store information on servers located in the United States and may store information on servers in other countries.
To use the Game, you may need to register and provide a username, password, and email address.
When you use Lowrider Hoppers on a mobile platform, we may collect and record certain information such as your unique device ID (persistent and non-persistent), hardware type, media access control ("MAC") address, international mobile equipment identity ("IMEI"), the version of your operating system ("OS"), your device name, your email address (if you have connected via Facebook or Google), and your approximate location based on your Internet Protocol ("IP") address. This information helps us with troubleshooting and understanding usage trends. We collect location-based information to provide the correct version of the application and to enable you to interact with other players. We will not share this information with any third party without your permission. If you no longer wish to allow us to track or use this information, you may turn it off at the device level. Please note the Game may not function correctly if we are unable to determine your country of origin.
We also create a unique internal user ID to track your use of our service. This ID is stored alongside your profile information.
You may log in using sign-in services such as Facebook, Google Play, or Apple's Game Center. These services authenticate your identity and may provide us with certain personal information including: (1) your name, (2) your social network user ID and/or username, (3) locale, city, state, and country, (4) gender, (5) birth date, (6) email address, (7) profile picture or its URL, and (8) the user IDs of friends who are also connected to Stop4Sanity games. Services such as Facebook Connect may give you the option to post activity from the Game to your social profile. To request deletion of data we have received from Facebook, Google, or Apple on your behalf, contact us at support@stop4sanity.com.
We use Unity Analytics and Firebase Analytics to better understand how our Game is used. These tools may record information such as how often you use the Game, in-game events and actions, aggregate usage, performance data, coin balance, car level, car model, item unlock counts, and where the application was downloaded from. This data is associated with an internal user ID but is not sold to third parties. We do not link analytics data to personally identifiable information you provide when creating your account.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications about in-game events such as tournament updates, challenges, messages, and other activity. Your FCM device token is stored on our servers and used solely for delivering these notifications. You may disable push notifications at any time from within the Game's settings menu or at the device level in your phone's settings.
Lowrider Hoppers includes real-time multiplayer sessions, leaderboards, car shows, clubs, and challenges. By participating in these features you acknowledge that certain gameplay data is visible to other players, including:
The Game allows you to create and upload content including custom 3D car parts, decals, car paint designs, car customizations, in-game shops, car show entries, and replay recordings (collectively, "User Content").
Stop4Sanity may use, display, modify, reproduce, or distribute User Content for any purpose related to operating and promoting the Game without compensation to you.
You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any User Content or communications that are abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, infringing on third-party intellectual property, or otherwise in violation of applicable laws. Violations may result in your content being removed and your account being permanently banned.
The IP address of all accounts is recorded to assist in enforcing these conditions. Where required by law or deemed necessary, we may notify your Internet Service Provider.
The Game contains in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The Game also features an in-game virtual currency ("Coins") and virtual items.
We may feature advertising within the Game. Advertisers may collect and use information about you such as session activity, device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, geo-location, and IP address to serve relevant advertisements. After clicking an advertisement and installing our Game, a device identifier may be shared with the advertiser to verify the install. You may also see Stop4Sanity games advertised in other services.
Stop4Sanity reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account at any time for violations of this policy or for any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Game or its community. Upon account termination for policy violations, all associated virtual currency, in-game items, User Content, and uploaded files are forfeited with no refund or compensation.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. To cancel your account or request that we stop using your information, contact us at support@stop4sanity.com. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Stop4Sanity LLC takes reasonable technical measures to protect your information. However, Stop4Sanity LLC shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt or unauthorized access that may lead to data being compromised. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stop4Sanity LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game or any User Content within it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Stop4Sanity LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising under this policy shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Stop4Sanity LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts of the United States.
